RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring smooth operation of production facilities and constant search for technical innovations;
- Prevention and elimination of production equipment failures;
- Coordination and supervision of scheduled maintenance;
- Maintenance of the company's production, administrative, storage facilities, buildings and engineering systems of the territory;
- Planning, organizing and controlling the work of the department team.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Higher technical education;
- 3+ years of work experience in a leading position in a manufacturing company;
- Developed team management competence and personal leadership;
- Excellent work planning, organization, execution, coordination, negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of the legal and regulatory bases for the operation and repair of equipment, mechanisms, motor vehicles;
- Knowledge of English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage).
