We are looking for an organized and technically minded team member who will be responsible for the smooth organization of technical service work, spare parts supply and related documentation management. In this position, you will be the right hand of the technical manager and the main contact person between mechanics and suppliers.
Nature of work:
Search, ordering and control of deadlines for spare parts, materials and external service services;
Maintenance of the spare parts warehouse and maintaining order, accounting for balances and timely replenishment of stocks;
Collection and verification of invoices for goods and services
Preparation of preliminary repair estimates and (or) their evaluation;
Constant communication with suppliers, negotiations on cooperation terms and close cooperation with the company's mechanics and technical manager.

You have a higher education degree (technical or transport/logistics is an advantage);
You have similar work experience (in the field of technician coordination, parts ordering or warehouse management);
You have excellent organizational skills, the ability to work in a dynamic environment and you are attentive to details;
You have good computer literacy skills
You have a category B driver's license (mandatory).
