📌 Your daily mission:
- Organization of the company's vehicle maintenance and repair processes;
- Coordination of the preparation of new vehicles for use;
- Management of the preparation of used vehicles for sale;
- Organization of the company's administration's car maintenance;
- Monitoring, coordinating and controlling the activities of the German repair department;
- Motivating the repair team, distributing tasks and setting priorities.
🎯 What do we expect?
- Similar work experience in the transport, logistics or manufacturing sector;
- Experience in the field of heavy transport (tractors, semi-trailers) repair (this would be a great advantage);
- Good knowledge of English and Russian (required for daily communication and orders);
- Fluent computer skills;
- Excellent organizational, time management and negotiation skills;
- Proactivity, quick orientation, leadership and ability to motivate a team.
