We are looking for a Transport Equipment Manager who would take care of the technical condition of our tractors and semi-trailers, organize their maintenance and repair, and help ensure that the transport is technically sound, well-maintained, and used efficiently.
Nature of work:
- Maintenance and control of the technical condition of transport;
- Coordination of repair work by telephone and e-mail throughout Europe;
- Communication and negotiations with service stations, suppliers and other partners;
- Operational resolution of technical failures of vehicles during the journey;
- Communication with drivers on technical issues, assessment of failures and decision-making;
- Control of repair work, deadlines and their quality;
- Control of repair, maintenance and spare parts costs;
- Control of the validity of technical inspections, insurance and other transport documents.
Employee requirements:
- CE category;
- Higher or higher technical education;
- Good technical knowledge in the field of tractors and semi-trailers;
- Ability to assess a technical problem and make a decision independently;
- Computer literacy;
- Ability to plan work and manage several tasks simultaneously;
- Responsibility, independence and initiative;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of Russian and English, necessary for communicating with drivers and services in Europe;
- Experience gained in working with the organization of tractor repair will be considered an advantage.
