- Analysis of the performance of the department, control of the implementation of goals and submission of reports to the head of the department;
- Team formation, development, work organization, goal setting and control;
- Coordination of training of new employees;
- Close cooperation with managers and specialists of other departments to achieve common organizational goals.
Employee requirements
- Ability to plan and organize the activities of the unit;
- Team management skills, ability to delegate tasks and make decisions;
- Work experience in the transport/logistics sector (advantage);
- Knowledge of Russian and English;
- Experience working with vehicle maintenance and operation. Freight transport (tractors) - a big advantage;
- Knowledge of maintenance, repair processes and operation principles.
