Technical Department Shift Manager in Denmark

About the position

We are looking for a responsible and organized Technical Department Shift Manager to work at a truck repair shop in Padborg, Denmark. Work schedule: 2 weeks work in Denmark, 2 weeks rest in Lithuania. This is a great opportunity to combine professional challenges with a longer rest at home. In this position, you will be responsible for organizing the team's work, coordinating daily processes and ensuring smooth service operations.

What will your working day look like?

• I will organize and coordinate the team's work, distribute daily tasks, ensure their smooth execution and quality.
• I will supervise the service warehouse and control stock balances.
• I will take care of the issuance of spare parts and their accounting.
• I will cooperate with the service management in solving daily operational issues.
• I will contribute to ensuring efficient work processes and their improvement.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in management (advantage – in the field of engineering, transport or car service).
• Ability to plan work, organize team activities and make decisions.
• Responsibility, organization and result orientation.
• Good computer skills.
• English language skills (advantage).

Monthly salary (gross): from €3,306 to €4,298. The specific salary will depend on your work experience, competencies and compliance with the requirements of the position.
