📋 Your daily routine and responsibilities:
- You will ensure that the necessary parts reach the technical department on time
- You will organize restoration work on worn parts
- You will maintain the balance of critical parts in the warehouse so that failures do not become downtime
- You will carry out inventories, issue and write-off of stocks
- You will search for new suppliers, compare prices and submit proposals to management
- You will adhere to the planned budget and optimize costs
- You will manage invoices, systematize them and analyze costs
- You will check the compliance of received parts with regulatory acts and technical requirements
🔍 We hope that you:
- Have experience in the field of supply or warehousing (technical department goods are a big advantage)
- Have experience in ordering spare parts for production equipment (essential requirement)
- Have strong financial responsibility: able to achieve the best price result
- Know how to work with the task management tool "AllDevice" (we will train you)
- Have technical English language skills necessary for smooth communication with foreign suppliers and order fulfillment
- Have a category B driver's license (company transport is provided to perform work functions)
- Be responsible, independent and result-oriented
