Head of the technical department

Our client is an international electrical components manufacturing company with a modern factory in Klaipėda and working according to high engineering standards. We are currently looking for a Technical Department Manager who would combine technical competence and the ability to lead a team of 3 people. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who wants more responsibility, but does not want to move away from technology - here you will still be close to equipment, fault analysis, drawings and real technical solutions.

Job description:

• Consult production departments on engineering and technical issues, maintain, adjust and modernize production equipment;
• Perform drawing, electronics installation, programming and apply other available technical competences to achieve the company's goals;
• Ensure product quality, timely execution of orders and protection of materials, products and inventory;
• Provide subordinate employees with the necessary materials and tools, ensure high quality of work performed and prevention of defects.

We hope that you:

• Have a higher engineering education;
• Have worked in a production environment and have practical experience with equipment repair;
• Know how to use AutoCAD or an analogous design program;
• Have experience in leading a team, distributing priorities;
• You communicate well in English and can solve technical issues with foreign colleagues;
