What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who will not only maintain the equipment, but also take it to the next level.
Interscalit Group produces bedding: pillows, blankets and mattress protectors for the European and other markets. We are in a phase of change: we are changing, getting stronger and want to work faster and more efficiently. We are looking for a technical team leader for our Šiauliai factory, who likes not to stand still, but to develop together with the company.

What will you do?
- You will lead the team of technicians at the Šiauliai factory, plan and coordinate its work.
- You will ensure the uninterrupted operation of sewing, stitching and other production equipment.
- You will organize and control preventive maintenance work in order to reduce the number of equipment failures and production downtime.
- You will coordinate the installation, commissioning and implementation of automation solutions for new equipment.
- You will cooperate with equipment suppliers, organize the resolution of technical problems and ensure the timely supply of spare parts.
What do we expect?
- Technical education (mechanics, electrical, automation or similar field).
- Experience in technical maintenance, diagnostics and repair of production equipment.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, electrical and pneumatic diagrams.
- Ability to promptly diagnose equipment failures, determine their causes and select effective solutions.
- English language skills necessary to communicate with equipment suppliers and understand technical documentation.
- Experience in leading a team or motivation to take responsibility for the organization and results of the team's work.
Advantages if you:
- You know the principles of operation of PLC controllers and automated equipment control systems
- You work with CNC equipment
- You have experience in maintenance and repair of industrial sewing, stitching and other textile production equipment
- You know the principles of preventive maintenance, you have experience in applying the TPM methodology
