Lithuanian and Norwegian UAB "Norvelita" is one of the largest salmon and other fish product processing companies in Lithuania. We are expanding our technical department and are inviting an Assistant to the Head of the Technical Department to join us, who will help ensure a smooth process of maintenance of production equipment and contribute to the implementation of technical projects.
Nature of work:
- Coordination of daily tasks of the Head of the Technical Department.
- Planning and control of technical maintenance work.
- Organization of repair work and monitoring of their implementation.
- Planning the need for spare parts and consumables and coordinating orders.
- Communication with equipment suppliers, contractors and service partners.
- Administration of technical documentation and preparation of reports.
- Participation in the installation of new equipment and improvement of production processes.
- Assistance in ensuring the smooth operation of production facilities.
We hope you:
- You have a technical education (mechanics, electromechanics, automation or other related field).
- You are able to read technical drawings and documentation.
- You have good computer skills (MS Office).
- You are organized, responsible and able to plan work.
- You know how to work in a team and communicate effectively with different departments.
- Knowledge of English would be an advantage.
