Main purpose of the position
Join the rapidly growing UAB "Gretvėja" company and become one of the team members ensuring the smooth operation of our international transport fleet.
In this position, you will be responsible for organizing the technical maintenance of trucks and trailers, cooperating with European services, consulting drivers and promptly resolving technical problems. Your responsibilities
- Communicate with drivers by phone regarding the technical condition of tractors and trailers.
- Assess vehicle faults and make decisions on further actions.
- Register, administer and track repair cases in internal systems.
- Organize and coordinate repair work with workshops across Europe by phone and email.
- Advise drivers on proper vehicle operation.
- Plan and coordinate periodic maintenance.
- Advise drivers by phone regarding minor vehicle faults and assist in remotely performing initial diagnostics or repairs.
- Administer maintenance-related documents and promptly resolve any situations that arise.
What do we expect from you?
- Knowledge of English and Russian (at least B1 level).
- Technical education or good understanding of the technical structure of trucks and vehicles.
- Ability to analyze situations, make quick decisions and plan work effectively.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Responsibility, initiative and a desire to constantly learn.
We will consider it an advantage:
- Work experience in transport, machinery, car repair shops, spare parts sales or similar field.
- Work experience with truck equipment.
