Technical Manager

We are looking for a strong leader who would take responsibility for managing the company's technical activities and contribute to the further growth and modernization of the company.

Manage the company's production activities and ensure its smooth functioning;
Coordinate and control the activities of subordinate energy, transport, construction, engineering infrastructure departments;
Ensure the effective use and operation of technical resources, equipment and infrastructure;
Initiate and implement solutions for the optimization, automation and modernization of technical processes;
Plan equipment renewal, development of the technical base;
Cooperate with other company departments, contractors, suppliers and external partners;
Ensure compliance with employee safety, fire safety, environmental protection and other legal requirements.

You have a higher education in engineering, mechanics, energy or another technical field;
You have at least 3 years of managerial experience in the field of technology, production or engineering;
You have experience in managing production, energy, engineering infrastructure;
You are able to plan, make decisions and effectively organize activities;
You are oriented towards results, operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.
