Technical Manager

We are looking for a strong leader who would take responsibility for the management of the company’s technical activities and contribute to the further growth and modernization of the company.

Manage the technical activities of the company and ensure its smooth functioning;
Coordinate and control the activities of subordinate energy, transport, construction, engineering infrastructure departments;
Form and implement the company's technical activity strategy;
Plan the activities, budgets and investments of subordinate departments;
Ensure the effective use of technical resources, equipment and infrastructure;
Initiate and implement solutions for the optimization, automation and modernization of technical processes;
Analyze technical performance indicators, identify efficiency opportunities and implement cost optimization solutions;
Plan equipment renewal, development of the technical base and long-term infrastructure development projects;
Ensure the preparation of technical documentation, compliance with technical standards and high-quality implementation of projects;
Cooperate with other departments of the company, contractors, suppliers and external partners;
Ensure compliance with employee safety, fire safety, environmental protection and other legal requirements in the areas supervised;
To develop team leaders, strengthen their competencies, and create a culture of responsibility and continuous improvement.

You have a higher education in engineering, mechanics, electricity, energy or another technical field;
You have at least 5 years of managerial experience in the field of technology, production or engineering;
You have led several teams or technical departments;
You have experience in managing technical, energy infrastructure, equipment and investment projects;
You are able to plan, make strategic decisions and effectively organize activities;
You have strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills;
You are focused on results, operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.
