Technical Manager

We are looking for a strong, system-thinking technical manager who would take responsibility for the organization and development of technical infrastructure, energy and engineering systems.
In this position, you will be responsible for the coordination, efficiency and resource planning of technical departments. This is a position for someone who is able not only to solve daily technical issues, but also to see the overall system, set priorities, create processes, strengthen the team and initiate changes.

Coordinate and control the activities of subordinate energy and engineering infrastructure departments;
Cooperate with the transport manager and ensure effective management of the transport fleet and resources;
Ensure effective use of technical resources, equipment and infrastructure;
Analyze performance indicators, identify efficiency opportunities, provide proposals to management for their implementation;
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of engineering infrastructure - water supply, boreholes / wells, sewage and other systems;
Organize work with contractors, suppliers and other external partners, control the quality of work, deadlines and costs;
Ensure compliance with the requirements of employee safety, fire safety, environmental protection and other legal acts;
Form the need and clear responsibilities in technical departments, strengthen employee competencies and develop a culture of responsibility.

You have a higher education in engineering, mechanics, electricity, energy or another technical field;
You have at least 3 years of managerial experience in the field of production or engineering;
You have led several teams or departments with different functions;
You have experience in managing energy, engineering infrastructure and equipment;
You are able to plan, make decisions and effectively organize activities;
You have strong leadership, communication and employee management skills;
You are focused on results, operational efficiency and continuous process improvement.
