Our company is expanding rapidly, so we invite a new colleague to join the CONSTRO team! Nature of work:

  • Development and maintenance of project management procedures, KPIs and reporting systems.
  • Project audits, risk management and implementation of best practices.
  • Analysis and standardization of work norms, productivity and technical solutions.
  • Development of a materials management system - from procurement and supplier evaluation to logistics and warehouse processes.
  • Development of a methodology for managing claims, additional work and contract risk.
  • Development of project managers and coordinators, mentoring and strengthening of a common project management culture.

We hope you have:

  • Higher technical, engineering, construction or project management education.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, process development and operational efficiency.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, KPI systems, risk management, performance analysis and process standardization.
  • Ability to create and implement organizational processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication and employee development skills, ability to consult, train and mentor and coordinate changes in the organization.
