We are looking for a proactive, responsible and results-oriented technical manager who will ensure the smooth operation of production equipment, organize and coordinate the work of the technical department, initiate and implement equipment modernization projects, and actively contribute to the efficiency and continuous improvement of the company's operations.

In this position you will:
- You will manage the technical department and ensure smooth team work and daily processes
- You will ensure reliable, safe and uninterrupted operation of production equipment and engineering systems
- You will plan and organize equipment maintenance and repair work
- You will manage equipment repair and operation costs
- You will analyze the causes of equipment failures and implement preventive measures
- You will organize the installation, commissioning and modernization of new equipment
- You will form a technical maintenance strategy, prepare annual plans and investment proposals
- You will ensure timely orders for spare equipment parts and technical materials
- You will cooperate with suppliers, manufacturers and contractors
- You will analyze equipment indicators and propose efficiency improvement solutions
- You will prepare technical reports and documentation
We hope you:
- You have a university or college degree in mechanics, electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics or another technical field
- You have 3-5 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing company
- You have experience in organizing maintenance and repair of production equipment, especially mechanical systems
- You have good project management and work organization skills
- You are able to analyze technical problems and make decisions
- You speak English at a level that allows you to work with technical documentation and communicate with equipment suppliers
- You have good computer skills
- You are responsible, proactive, focused on results and continuous improvement
