Nature of work
- Formulate and implement the company's overall technical strategy based on TPM, Lean and Asaichi principles.
- Lead the technical department, ensuring a clear division of goals and personal responsibility of employees.
- Ensure that a greater flow of added value is created annually with the available technical resources.
- Form, manage and control the technical budget (equipment, energy, repairs, investments).
- Ensure the operation of the equipment maintenance system through engineers and specialists.
- Manage the ratio of planned and unplanned downtime, MTBF (mean time between failures) and MTTR (mean time to repair) indicators.
- Initiate modernization and efficiency projects, assessing the return on investment (ROI).
- Supervise external service providers, contractors and the quality of work performed.
- Manage production and administrative energy networks and systems (electricity, water, compressed air, refrigeration, heating).
- Analyze energy consumption and efficiency, implement savings measures and sustainable energy solutions.
- Ensure the security, reliability of energy supply and compliance with legal and environmental standards.
- Monitor the technical condition of buildings and territories, organize preventive and repair work.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education in engineering (mechanics, electrical, energy, automation or similar field).
- Excellent knowledge of the principles of equipment reliability, maintenance and failure analysis.
- Experience in managing technical projects (modernization, investments, efficiency improvement) and technical budget.
- Knowledge of energy systems (electricity, water, compressed air, refrigeration) and building management principles.
- Knowledge and practice of applying Lean, 6S, Asaichi or other performance improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, leadership and negotiation skills with suppliers.
- Good computer skills (MS Office); experience working with CMMS, ERP or other maintenance systems.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and at least B2 level of English (written and spoken).
