Join the UAB "Rietuva" team - a modern and growing manufacturing company where we value responsibility, professionalism and continuous improvement. We are looking for a Technical Manager who will manage the technical maintenance of the factory's equipment and infrastructure, organize repair and preventive work, install new equipment and, together with the team, look for solutions that increase production efficiency.
Your responsibilities
- Organize and carry out technical maintenance and repair of plant equipment, equipment, systems, and installation of new technical means;
- Plan spare parts, tools, and technological materials;
- Organize the work of subordinate employees, ensuring effective repair and prevention;
- Ensure correct operation of equipment by training employees;
- Prepare technical documentation, technical instructions;
- Search for new equipment and facilities, purchases, and their smooth launch;
- Improvement and renewal of existing equipment according to production needs;
- Participate in the optimization of production processes, applying Lean methods;
- Organize and coordinate the work of external contractors;
- Organize Infrastructure maintenance.
What we expect from you
- Higher technical education;
- Successful experience as a technical manager in project and flow production;
- Knowledge of production equipment, automated lines and maintenance systems;
- Ability to lead a team, plan work and make decisions;
- Knowledge of LEAN, 5S, etc. methodologies - an advantage;
- Design SolidWorks, AutoCad - an advantage;
- Knowledge of English in writing and orally;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Quick problem solving, consistency in work and correct communication.
