Planning and controlling the budget of the technical department

Searching for suppliers and service partners, negotiating, managing contracts (including controlling building maintenance service providers)

Managing the department's structure, competencies and people: hiring, training, motivating, evaluating

Setting clear, measurable goals for the department and periodic reporting to management

Collaborating with heads of other departments - substantiating decisions and requests with numbers, not general opinions

Participating in production process improvement projects

Higher technical (engineering) education

At least 3 years of managerial or technical work experience

Ability to plan, delegate and control the result

Ability to argue decisions with facts and figures

Knowledge of automation and electrical engineering

Reading and making drawings (advantage)

Knowledge of equipment operation algorithms

Good Lithuanian, English (Russian - an advantage) language skills

Confidence in working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Driver's license

3300-4100 €/mon. gross
