What will your working day look like?
We are looking for a responsible, proactive and organized assistant to the technical manager who would contribute to the smooth management of the company's technical processes, help implement projects and ensure the effective activities of the technical department.
- Help organize and coordinate the company's technical maintenance, repairs and equipment operations;
- Participate in the implementation of development, modernization and investment projects;
- Collect, analyze and systematize data on technical processes and equipment operation;
- Contribute to the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements;
- Coordinate technical maintenance work, register malfunctions and contribute to the planning of preventive actions;
- Cooperate with suppliers, contractors and internal departments.

- Higher or higher technical/engineering education;
- Experience in a technical or manufacturing field (advantage);
- Ability to work with technical management systems (e.g., "All device" or similar);
- Ability to systematically plan work and coordinate processes;
- Initiative, responsibility, orientation towards solutions and improvement;
- Ability to clearly communicate with suppliers, partners and employees on technical issues;
- Good organizational and analytical skills;
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
