- Organization of the exchange process of departing and returning drivers from trips, flow management;
- Collection and registration of data and documents about violations of the transport fleet and inventory;
- Working with databases, filling out documentation, analysis, systematization and calculations;
- Optimization of work processes;
- Communication with other departments;
- Operative troubleshooting;
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Employee requirements
- Knowledge of English and Russian (required);
- Understanding of machinery - tractors, semi-trailers, etc. (advantage);
- C, CE category driver's license (advantage);
- Ability to effectively manage time and plan work according to priorities;
- Computer literacy (MS office, IE;)
- Independence, quick orientation, logical thinking.
