What will you do?
- Preparation of equipment for work – you will ensure that the company's vehicles, construction equipment, mechanisms and tools are technically in good condition, safe and ready for work on time;
- Organization of technical maintenance – you will plan and coordinate technical inspections, technical maintenance work, insurance, warranty and periodic services;
- Management of repair work – you will promptly organize troubleshooting, plan repairs, coordinate work with services and control the deadlines and costs of their implementation;
- Planning of equipment needs and renewal – you will analyze the condition and need of existing equipment, make proposals for equipment and tool renewal and organize their acquisition;
- Administration of equipment and tool rental – you will organize rental processes, control deadlines, needs and costs;
- Coordination of subordinate employees – you will lead a team of subordinate employees, distribute work and solve daily problems;
- Administration of technical documentation – you will ensure proper completion of documents, accounting and reports;
- Control of equipment operating costs – you will monitor fuel, repair, maintenance, rental and other equipment operating costs, analyze their changes and look for ways to optimize them;
- Administration of the Hilti On Track system – you will monitor the company's account, tool accounting, condition and movement.
What do we expect from you?
- We are looking for a responsible, communicative and proactive specialist with:
- higher education (education in the field of transport engineering would be an advantage);
- excellent computer skills (Excel);
- ability to work effectively both independently and in a team;
- ability to make decisions independently and promptly solve problems;
- strong negotiation and communication skills;
- work experience in the field of equipment, transport, and mechanism management;
- category B driver's license.
