We are looking for a Technical Documentation and Process Engineer who will ensure compliance with drawing standards, manage product structure and participate in the implementation and administration of PLM/PDM systems.
We are looking for a Technical Documentation and Process Engineer who will ensure compliance with drawing standards, manage product structure and participate in the implementation and administration of PLM/PDM systems.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will create and maintain drawing templates, title block and general instructions block
- You will set drawing standards and ensure their compliance (ISO GPS: ISO 8015, 2768-1, 22081, 1101, 5459, 286, 21920)
- You will manage the product structure (BOM), versions and engineering changes
- You will participate in the ERP/PLM implementation on the process side and administer the PDM/PLM system
- You will describe and standardize engineering processes: documentation release procedure, change management
- You will prepare and periodically review procedures and work instructions
- You will create a system for registering requests for quality and purchasing departments, measure processes based on data and improve them

REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education in mechanical, manufacturing or industrial engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in preparing and managing technical documentation in a manufacturing company
- Experience in implementing a PDM/PLM system or migrating data from a file structure to a system
- Experience in managing the product structure (BOM), document versions and engineering changes (ECR/ECO) in a formal manner
- Excellent SolidWorks skills and experience in PDM administration (repositories, workflows, rights, versioning schemes)
- Knowledge of drawing and geometric specification standards and the ability to prepare procedures and work instructions
