Nature of work:
- Formulate and implement the department's strategy, set goals and ensure their achievement;
- Plan and manage the department's resources (human, financial, etc.);
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports and initiate performance improvement solutions;
- Ensure smooth operation of production facilities and infrastructure: organize troubleshooting and preventive maintenance;
- Participate in the implementation of new technologies and implementation of investment projects;
- Organize the procurement of services, equipment and spare parts and cooperate with suppliers;
- Ensure technical maintenance of buildings, engineering and energy systems and efficient use of resources;
- Develop data analysis and monitoring systems;
- Develop the team, strengthen employee competencies and ensure effective work organization.
Requirements:
- Higher or higher education in the field of engineering;
- At least 1 year of analogous or similar work experience;
- Knowledge of production and technological equipment;
- Experience in working with performance evaluation indicators, process analysis and optimization;
- Project management skills;
- Ability to organize work and coordinate a team;
- Analytical thinking and result orientation;
- Knowledge of English.
