Technical Control Engineer | Electronics Manufacturing

We are looking for a Technical Control Engineer to join our growing team, located in Vilnius, Svylos St. 16 .

Teltonika's electronics manufacturing departments develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

In this position, you will:

• Inspect incoming electronic and mechanical components, following technical documentation, drawings, and standards.
• Use measuring instruments and control tools to assess the conformity of components.
• Record inspection results, prepare and submit quality reports.
• You will ensure that only components that meet the requirements enter production.
• You will collaborate with colleagues from the quality, production and warehouse teams.
• You will contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes.
• You will work in one shift, 5 working days a week (weekends and holidays off).

What we expect from you:

• Technical education or practical experience in the field of production or quality control.
• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation in English.
• Basic knowledge of electronic component types and their markings.
• Experience using measuring tools and devices.
• Computer literacy (MS Office).
• Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail.

Salary:

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position ranges from 13 Eur/hr. to 16 Eur/hr. (approximately 2184–2520 Eur excluding taxes), depending on your experience and competence.

• The fixed (tariff) hourly salary before taxes is set and defined in the employment contract.
