Technical Control Engineer | Electronics Manufacturing

We are looking for a Technical Control Engineer to supplement and strengthen our growing team, located in Molėtai, Paluokesos g. 11.

Teltonika's electronics manufacturing departments develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

We create all the necessary conditions for each employee to improve their skills, gain detailed knowledge about the products we manufacture, and grow professionally in every way.

In this position, you will:

• Check the quality of fully or partially assembled products and test them.
• Monitor and, if necessary, adjust the documentation used in production to ensure the quality of manufactured products.
• Analyze production discrepancies and prepare quality reports.
• You will contribute to the improvement of quality control processes.
• 5 days a week (free weekends and holidays)

What we expect from you:

• Higher or higher technical education.
• At least 2 years of similar work experience in a manufacturing company (work experience in electronics production will be considered an advantage).
• Good skills in working with MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of English.

Salary:

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position is from 13 EUR/h to 16 EUR/h (~2184 EUR - ~2688 EUR) before tax, depending on your experience and competence, with the possibility of receiving bonuses.
