Maintenance worker 🛠️

🎯 The main goal of the position is to ensure that the pasta factory's production equipment operates reliably, safely, and without unreasonable downtime.

You will supervise pasta production, packaging, transportation and other technological equipment.
You will perform technical maintenance of equipment, fault diagnostics and promptly eliminate mechanical and electrical faults.
You will perform preventive and scheduled maintenance, perform equipment adjustment and adjustment work.
You will monitor the condition of equipment, preventively preventing possible failures.
You will fill in the documentation of technical maintenance and work performed.
You will actively cooperate with production employees in solving equipment operation problems.
You will strictly comply with employee safety, electrical safety, hygiene and internal company rules.

Induction period: Initially, while you become familiar with the equipment, production process and work environment, you will work a full-time schedule from 8:00 to 16:30.
Permanent schedule: Once you have acquired the necessary knowledge and become familiar with the specifics of the work, you will move to a rolling shift schedule: 2 day shifts (7:00–19:00), 2 night shifts (19:00–7:00) and 4 days off.

The most important thing is your desire to develop and learn technically.
Various technical or occupational safety certificates are an advantage.
If you do not have the necessary certificates, the company will provide an opportunity to obtain them in cooperation with our partners. 📚
