Nature of work

  • Maintenance of production facilities, technological equipment and facilities during the shift.
  • Prompt response to technical failures and their elimination in order to ensure an uninterrupted production process.
  • Performance of preventive maintenance work according to established schedules.
  • Cooperation with production shift managers, technologists and other specialists.
  • Monitoring the condition of technical equipment and transmitting information to the next shift.
  • Participation in fire safety inspections and other technical inspections.
  • Filling out technical documentation, recording failures and preparing reports.
  • Other work related to technical maintenance activities during the shift.

Employee requirements

  • Have a professional, higher or specialized education in a technical field (engineering, mechanics, electricity, etc.).
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of technical maintenance, repair or service of equipment.
  • Have work experience in a production or industrial environment (advantage).
  • Can work in a shift schedule and be able to respond promptly to unforeseen situations.
  • Have practical problem-solving skills and technical thinking.
  • Are responsible, independent and able to work effectively in a team.
  • Speak Lithuanian, have basic knowledge of English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
