We are looking for a practical, result-oriented Technical Maintenance Engineer who likes the necessary activities at the facility, and not just work at a desk. Your main responsibilities:
- Perform technical supervision of construction of communication lines (roads, streets) in accordance with the Law on Construction of the Republic of Lithuania, the Construction Regulations and other legal acts.
- Control of compliance of construction works with the project, quality, technological consistency and adherence to schedules.
- Checking the compliance of materials and products used with design and regulatory requirements.
- Participation in inspections of works, structures, engineering networks and acceptance of hidden works.
- Other tasks related to technical supervision of construction works.
What do we expect from you:
- Required certificate: Certificate of technical supervision manager of construction of a special structure (transport communications: roads, streets located in the cultural heritage area).
- Practical experience in similar work (in supervision of engineering networks, roofs or road works).
- Understanding of real work on objects and willingness to actively participate in construction processes.
- Valid driver's license (Cat. B).
