Monthly salary: €2,335.00 - €3,505.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Lead a team, plan and organize effective activity management, set goals
- Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of activity processes, initiate and implement modern solutions and tools
- Rationally use and control how entrusted assets are used
- Organize and ensure maintenance (repair) of work tools, maintenance of employee qualifications
- Carry out assessment of available data and provide conclusions
- Provide necessary reports, ensure resource management, compliance with safety requirements
- Prepare draft documents on issues within the competence of the unit
What do we expect?
- Higher education (preferably in the field of technological sciences)
- Work experience in the field of non-destructive testing
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules
- Teamwork, leadership, customer and result orientation, innovation and analytical thinking, responsibility and time management skills
- Microsoft Office computer and smart device usage skills
- Fluent Lithuanian (English skills are an advantage)
