YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure management of all maintenance and construction projects in the commercial real estate portfolio
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of 5 specialists, creating a high culture of operational efficiency and responsibility
- Plan, manage and control the department's budget (2+ million EUR)
- Develop and implement preventive and planned maintenance strategies focused on long-term asset value
- Ensure full compliance with occupational safety, construction regulations and legal requirements
- Effectively coordinate activities with internal departments - operations, finance and top management
- Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with contractors, suppliers and external partners, ensuring quality and deadlines
- Prepare clear, insight-based reports and present them to top-level management
- Responsible for team building: employee selection and competence development
THE COMPANY OFFERS:
- Salary: €6,900 – €7,700 gross (depending on experience) + annual performance bonuses

EXPECTATIONS FOR THE CANDIDATE:
- At least 5 years of experience as a construction project manager or maintenance department manager
- Experience working with commercial real estate projects
- Leadership experience managing teams of 5+ people
- University degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field
- Strong leadership, project management and communication skills
- Good knowledge of construction processes, building systems and occupational safety requirements
