Maintenance technician

We are a stable and growing manufacturing company in Kaunas (LEZ II, Ramučiai), producing glass units for the construction industry. We are one of the leaders in glass processing in Europe and we believe that our strength is our people.

· Organize and coordinate the work of the maintenance team, distribute daily tasks;
· Respond promptly to failures in production equipment and organize their diagnostics and elimination;
· Ensure that mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and automation work is performed in a high-quality and safe manner;
· Plan and control scheduled maintenance and repair work;
· Check the condition of equipment after repairs and ensure that equipment is properly prepared for production;
· Analyze recurring equipment failures, find their causes and initiate solutions that help prevent recurrence;
· Monitor and control the registration of maintenance work in the CMMS "Queris" system;
· Control the need for spare parts and inform about missing parts;
· Consult and assist maintenance personnel and share technical knowledge;
· Coordinate the work of equipment manufacturers and external service companies, if necessary;
· Ensure that maintenance personnel comply with employee safety requirements.

· Technical education in electromechanics, electricity, mechanics, automation or similar field;
· Practical experience in maintaining and repairing production equipment;
· Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems;
· Knowledge of pneumatic systems;
· Ability to independently identify and eliminate equipment failures;
· Ability to read technical diagrams and documentation;
· Ability to organize teamwork and distribute tasks;
· Responsibility, independence and ability to make decisions.

· Experience in leading a team of maintenance or production workers;
· Energy, electrical or gas equipment operation certificates/certificates;
· VK or PK electrical safety qualification;
· Experience working with CMMS systems;
· Knowledge of robotics, automation or industrial control systems;
· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles;
· Basics of welding;
· Knowledge of English.

3100-3600 €/mon. gross
· Starting salary – €3100 gross;
· After 3 months – €3200 gross;
· After 12 months – €3500 gross;
· After 18 months – €3600 gross.
