Requirements:
- Professional education in a technical field.
- Ability to identify and fix technical equipment faults.
- Experience in technical maintenance and repair of equipment and engineering systems is a significant advantage.
- Category B driver's license.
- Minimum computer literacy.
- Knowledge of work safety.
Nature of work:
- Maintenance and repair of the building and its engineering systems (water supply, electricity, heating, gas, compressed air).
- Technical maintenance of equipment (control and prevention).
- Independent planning of working hours and routes.
- Mobile work - traveling to different objects.
- Work is organized both indoors and outdoors.
- Minimal computer work (reports, information transfer).
