We are a stable and growing manufacturing company in Kaunas (LEZ II, Ramučiai), producing glass units for the construction industry. We are one of the leaders in glass processing in Europe and we believe that our strength is our people.

· Organize and coordinate the work of the maintenance shift, distribute tasks to mechanics and electromechanics;
· Ensure smooth operation of equipment and the shortest possible unplanned production downtime;
· Respond promptly to equipment failures, coordinate their diagnostics, repair and start-up;
· Make decisions on the priorities of repair work, taking into account production needs and the condition of the equipment;
· Ensure that scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work is performed qualitatively, safely and within the established deadlines;
· Control the registration of maintenance work in the CMMS system and ensure the accuracy of the entered data;
· Analyze the causes of recurring equipment failures and propose long-term technical solutions;
· Control the use of spare parts, tools and materials and their proper accounting;
· Prepare shift work reports and transmit relevant information to the next shift and the maintenance foreman;
· Supervise the implementation of TPM instructions and OPL implementation in the shift;
· Participate in the installation, testing and adjustment of new equipment;
· Cooperate with production managers, engineers, equipment suppliers and technical service representatives;
· Ensure that shift workers comply with labor, electrical, fire and production safety requirements;
· Check shift workers' working hours and other personnel accounting data;
· Train maintenance workers, share technical knowledge and promote teamwork.

· Technical education in electromechanics, electricity, mechanics, automation or similar field;
· Practical experience in maintaining and repairing production equipment;
· Good understanding of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems;
· Ability to independently diagnose equipment failures and organize their elimination;
· Ability to read technical diagrams and documentation;
· Ability to organize teamwork, distribute tasks and control their implementation;
· Ability to make operational decisions and set work priorities;
· Responsibility, independence, initiative and good communication skills;
· Readiness to work in shifts.

· Experience in leading a team of maintenance or production workers;
· Certificates or certificates for operating energy, electrical or gas equipment;
· VK or PK electrical safety qualification;
· Experience working with CMMS systems;
· Knowledge of robotics, automation or industrial control systems;
· Knowledge of TPM, OPL and Lean Manufacturing principles;
· Basics of welding;
· Knowledge of English.

· Starting salary – €2,900 gross + night rate;
· After 3 months – €3,000 gross + night rate;
· After 12 months – €3,100 gross + night rate;
