Švyturys-Utenos alus is looking for a maintenance planner to join the team. The planner will be responsible for planning equipment maintenance work, allocating resources, controlling task implementation, and accounting for them in IT systems.
What awaits you?
- Development of maintenance plans for equipment and control of their implementation to ensure the required plant performance;
- Effective allocation of resources to enable the implementation of the maintenance plan;
- Generation of maintenance work orders, prioritization, work progress control and completion of work orders;
- Registration of maintenance work and preparation of reports using the computerized maintenance management system (the system is currently being implemented);
- Participation in the implementation of the computerized maintenance management system and its further maintenance;
- Implementation of Carlsberg maintenance and Carlsberg Excellence standards and ensuring their sustainability;
- Collaboration with Carlsberg regional and group maintenance teams.
What do we expect?
- Higher/advanced engineering education;
- Good knowledge of English (verbal and written);
- 1-3 years of experience in the field of production and/or maintenance;
- IT literacy and experience in using computerized maintenance management systems (would be an advantage);
- Effective communication skills;
- Ability to set priorities;
- Experience in communicating with service contractors and spare parts suppliers;
- Experience in budget management;
- Team spirit, communication skills, and a desire to grow and develop.
