TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE SYSTEMS AND SPARE PARTS ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION

· You will perform spare parts price analysis, compare supplier offers and organize tenders.

· You will search for new suppliers, evaluate their offers and contribute to the selection of the most effective solutions.

· You will administer maintenance inventory management systems (AllDevice, NAV): create parts cards, monitor data accuracy.

· You will organize warehouse inventories, perform stock write-offs and ensure accounting procedures.

· You will supervise the spare parts warehouse - take care of the optimal quantity, order and availability of parts.

· You will coordinate the technical maintenance and service of forklifts.

· You will coordinate the technical maintenance and service of timber handling equipment.

· You will ensure the management of the saw and knife warehouse and replenishment of necessary stocks.

· You will initiate orders for new or missing spare parts.

· You will assess the quality of work performed by sharpeners and ensure compliance with established standards.

· You will supervise sharpening equipment and tools, organize their maintenance and repair.

· You will participate in scheduled equipment repair and preventive maintenance work together with the maintenance team - you will help assess the condition of the equipment, identify necessary parts and resolve technical issues on site.

· This is not just work at a computer - you will spend some time in a production environment, at equipment and repair work, so it is important not to be afraid of practical work and sometimes getting your hands dirty.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

· You have a technical education (in mechanics, mechatronics, electrical engineering or a similar field).

· You have work experience in the field of technical maintenance, spare parts management, procurement or warehouse administration.

· You are able to work with ERP, warehouse or technical maintenance management systems (NAV, AllDevice, etc.).

· You know how to analyze prices, negotiate with suppliers and make economically sound decisions.

· You are meticulous, organized and able to plan work.

· You have good computer skills (MS Excel, ERP systems).

· You do not shy away from a production environment and practical work - you are ready to be where repairs, prevention and real technical issues are being carried out.
