What are you going to do?

  • You will be involved in projects at the design stage – you will advise the team on technical, structural and construction technology issues, assess the feasibility of the solutions proposed by the designers;
  • You will analyze design and technical documentation, drawings, specifications and assemblies, assess the technical feasibility of the solutions and their implementation during construction;
  • You will actively contribute to solving structural and other technical assemblies – provide comments, suggest alternatives and, if necessary, formulate principles for solving non-standard situations;
  • You will coordinate technical solutions with designers, contractors, customers and other project participants, help make practical and technically sound decisions;
  • You will carry out technical supervision of construction works at the company's facilities and ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the project, regulatory requirements and agreed quality standards;
  • You will check the quality of the work performed, compliance with technological processes, compliance of the materials and products used with the established requirements;
  • You will monitor compliance with construction technologies, work deadlines, work safety and other requirements applicable to the object;
  • You will participate in resolving technical issues and problems arising during construction, promptly assess possible solution options;
  • You will evaluate the proposed solutions not only from a technical point of view, but also from a feasibility, durability, quality, deadlines and costs perspective;
  • You will check and coordinate the work performed and the executive documentation, participate in accepting the work performed and assessing its compliance;
  • You will record the identified discrepancies, control their elimination and ensure that technical issues are completed to an appropriate result;
  • You will participate in all objects developed by the company during the construction process and be one of the main technical consultants of the team;
  • You will accumulate technical experience gained in projects, systematize proven solutions, and help apply them to other projects to avoid recurring mistakes.

What do we expect from you?

  • Higher education in construction, civil engineering or a related field;
  • At least 10 years of practical experience in the field of construction project implementation, technical maintenance;
  • Good understanding of construction processes, technologies, structural solutions and design documentation;
  • Practical knowledge of structural and technical units and the ability to independently search for and propose their solution options;
  • Ability to read, analyze and critically evaluate technical drawings, design solutions, specifications and other technical documentation;
  • Ability to evaluate the design solution not only "on paper", but also its real feasibility at the construction site;
  • Ability to reasonedly consult designers, contractors and the internal project team, to constructively defend a technically sound solution;
  • Responsibility, diligence, integrity and high quality standards;
  • Initiative and solution-oriented – we expect someone who does not limit themselves to identifying a problem, but actively seeks ways to solve it;
  • Independence, organization, ability to set priorities and make decisions in a dynamic project environment;
  • Ability to constructively cooperate with contractors, designers, customers and other project participants;
  • A valid qualification certificate for a technical maintenance manager for a special construction project is a great advantage;
  • A category B driver's license and readiness to regularly visit the company's facilities
