What will you do every day?
- Team management: organize and coordinate the technical maintenance services team (universal technicians, engineers, foremen, warehouse workers).
- Ensure facility maintenance: take care of technical maintenance of buildings and engineering systems, repair services and defect elimination at client facilities.
- Manage subcontractors: coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensure safety and quality of work.
- Control the budget: oversee the department's budget and ensure the implementation of set financial goals.
- Improve services: identify opportunities to improve technical maintenance services and provide suggestions to increase their efficiency.
- Be the main contact for the client: resolve technical issues, manage incidents and coordinate actions during crisis situations.
What do we expect from you?
- Have a technical or engineering education.
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a project manager and/or technical manager of facilities management and have experience in leading a team.
- You have experience at the level of facility maintenance manager (we would consider this an advantage).
- You are able to communicate in English at a level not lower than B1.
- You work well with MS Office programs, especially Excel, and also have experience working with SAP (an advantage) and building management systems.
- You are responsible, organized and able to effectively plan and coordinate work.
