Nature of work

  • Ensuring the quality of work performed by contractors and compliance with project requirements;
  • Reviewing projects, providing recommendations;
  • Quality control of materials used for construction works;
  • Controlling the quantity and quality of work performed by contractors;
  • Assisting the project management team in resolving issues related to outdoor water supply and wastewater or HVAC parts of projects;
  • Ensuring timely and orderly maintenance of construction documentation.

Expectations for the candidate

  • You have a higher engineering education;
  • You have 5 years of work experience in the field of construction technical maintenance;
  • You are familiar with construction work technologies;
  • You know how to apply and use construction technical regulations and other regulatory and legal acts at work;
  • You have a qualification certificate that entitles you to perform technical maintenance duties for special construction works of a building, including outdoor water supply and sewage and HVAC parts;
  • You are characterized by digital literacy: extensive use of Office 365 products, good document and information management skills on cloud platforms; you understand the BIM process;
  • Driver's license (category B).
