Your responsibilities:
- You will perform the functions of a general (general construction works) construction technical supervision manager;
- You will ensure that the work is carried out with high quality and according to technology, record any discrepancies;
- You will check the quality of construction products and equipment used;
- You will coordinate technical issues with the client and contractors;
- You will coordinate construction completion procedures;
- You will help prepare technical specifications and other documents for public procurement.
We hope you:
- Have a university degree in engineering;
- Have at least 3 years of experience in managing construction projects;
- Have a valid qualification certificate that gives the right to perform technical supervision of the construction of a special structure, including a certificate in a cultural heritage area;
- Have an excellent understanding of technical drawings, systems and work technology;
- Have a responsible, meticulous personality and are able to communicate with all project parties in a reasoned manner;
- Be able to make complex decisions independently;
- Speak Lithuanian fluently; English proficiency is an advantage;
- Experience in public procurement would be a great advantage.
- Have an impeccable personal and professional reputation.
