Your responsibilities will be:
- Communicate with drivers by phone about the technical condition of trucks and trailers;
- Determine whether a vehicle needs repair and respond accordingly;
- Register and manage repair cases in the system;
- Coordinate repair cases across Europe by phone and email;
- Advise drivers on the proper use of the vehicle;
- Implement fleet maintenance plans (follow maintenance plan, cooperate with transport managers, organize visits to repair sites);
- Administer vehicle-related documents and resolve issues.
What do we expect?
- You are familiar with vehicle repair and maintenance processes;
- You have similar work experience;
- You have excellent command of Russian (C2 level);
- You work well with computers and quickly understand the systems used;
- You are able to effectively plan your time and organize work;
- You have good communication and organizational skills;
- You are able to remain calm and work effectively in stressful situations;
- Technical education is an advantage.
