We are looking for a responsible and organized person who would coordinate the company's technical supply processes - take care of ordering goods, services, work tools and IT equipment, inventory administration and preparation of new employee workplaces in cooperation with an external IT partner.

- Organize the search for suppliers, submit inquiries, evaluate received offers and coordinate orders for goods, services, work tools and IT equipment;
- Ensure smooth execution of orders, monitor the progress of supply and delivery terms, check supply-related documents (invoices, orders, delivery documents);
- Organize the preparation of new employee workplaces in cooperation with an external IT partner;
- Take care of the IT equipment preparation and administration process: organize the transfer of equipment, register the need for software, licenses and access, administer the inventory of IT equipment and work tools, control its issuance, return and transfer and manage related registers and documents;
- Consult employees and communicate with suppliers on technical support, IT equipment and inventory issues;
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the supply team.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education (in informatics, information systems, logistics, business management or other related field);
- You have experience in supply, procurement or inventory administration;
- You are well-versed in computer equipment, workplace preparation processes and have good computer skills;
- You are organized, meticulous and able to coordinate several processes at the same time;
- You are able to communicate professionally with suppliers, employees and external partners.
