Nature of work:
- Technical support to customers (by phone, email, remotely);
- Configuration, testing and diagnostics of electric vehicle charging stations;
- Fault analysis and resolution (remotely and at customer sites);
- Cooperation with production and R&D teams in resolving technical issues;
- Filling and updating technical documentation;
- Consulting customers on equipment use and maintenance.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a higher or technical education (in electrical engineering, automation or similar field);
- Has knowledge of electronics and knowledge of the structure of electric vehicle charging stations - a great advantage;
- Knows the principles of electrical installation;
- Excellent computer skills and has good IT skills;
- Knows English - both verbally and in writing, as you may have to communicate by e-mail and telephone with foreign clients;
- Is communicative, responsible and independent;
- Has a category B driver's license.
