Responsibilities:
- Organize technical maintenance and repair work of security systems at client facilities (schedules, crew allocation, deadline management).
- Prepare equipment and service estimates, propose solutions, coordinate pricing with the client.
- Communicate with clients and suppliers, ensure high-quality information dissemination and SLA fulfillment.
- Consult on technical issues (security, fire, VSS, access control), participate in the preparation of tender documents.
- Administer work in systems (CRM, Front), take care of reports and signing of acts.
- Monitor the quality and costs of work, initiate improvements.
Employee requirements
- Knowledge of security, fire detection, VSS and access control technical specifications and service principles.
- Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbally) with customers, suppliers and colleagues, maintaining high service standards.
- Computer literacy (MS Office); advantage - work with CRM/Front.
- Category B driver's license.
