In this position, you will be responsible for:

• High-quality and smooth customer service by phone and e-mail, helping to resolve service failures, advising customers on technical issues and finding the most suitable solutions;
• Consulting customers live when they come to the salon due to service or equipment operation problems;
• Creating a positive customer experience and ensuring high service quality.

• Experience in customer service;
• Ability to learn quickly and absorb new information;
• Patience, responsibility and good communication skills;
• Ability to solve problems and find the most suitable solutions;
• Excellent Lithuanian language skills;
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
