Technical support department specialist

We are expanding our team and invite a Technical Support Specialist to join us.

Your main responsibilities would be:

• Customer service and consulting remotely (by phone, email), resolving service and (or) equipment failures/malfunctions;
• Customer consulting live (in the office) when a customer arrives due to a service or equipment failure;
• Customer consulting on technical issues, situation analysis and finding solutions;

We expect you to:

• Have an information technology or technical education (an advantage);
• Have similar work experience (experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment is an advantage);
• Are responsible, diligent, have good communication skills;
• Have excellent Lithuanian language skills;
• Knowledge of other languages (e.g., Russian or English) is an advantage
• Are proactive, able to work both independently and in a team.
