Your tasks:
Our client is a manufacturing company focused on quality, efficiency and continuous improvement. We are currently looking for a Technical Department Manager to ensure smooth management of production equipment, engineering systems and technical department activities and contribute to the company's growth and operational efficiency.
Main responsibilities:

- Lead the technical department team and organize its daily activities;
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of production equipment, facilities and engineering systems;
- Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance and repair work;
- Organize troubleshooting, analyze their causes and implement preventive solutions;
- Initiate and implement technical and investment projects;
- Participate in the selection, installation and commissioning processes of new equipment;
- Manage the technical department budget, control costs and optimize resource use;
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, environmental protection and quality requirements;
- Collaborate with production, quality, supply and other departments to achieve common operational goals;
- Analyze performance indicators and initiate solutions to increase production efficiency.
