We are looking for a technical engineer to work with new apartment buildings, which are equipped with modern engineering systems and digital management solutions. This position is dominated by work with modern technologies and advanced building management systems. We are looking for a technologically literate, experienced and responsible specialist.

You will take care of:

  • maintenance of building structures and engineering systems;
  • identifying faults and providing solutions for their rectification;
  • continuous monitoring of the building;
  • filling in the technical documentation;
  • ensuring the operation of the engineering equipment of the supervised facilities.

We hope that:

  • you have a higher education in civil engineering;
  • you have successful work experience in the field of construction / construction technical maintenance;
  • you are familiar with the application of the Construction Law and the Construction Law;
  • you have good computer literacy skills (especially Word and Excel);
  • you have a valid SSVA certificate, which entitles you to hold the position of construction technical maintenance manager of a special structure.
