You will take care of:
- maintenance of building structures and engineering systems;
- identifying faults and providing solutions for their rectification;
- continuous monitoring of the building;
- filling in the technical documentation;
- ensuring the operation of the engineering equipment of the supervised facilities.
We hope that:
- you have a higher education in civil engineering;
- you have successful work experience in the field of construction / construction technical maintenance;
- you are familiar with the application of the Construction Law and the Construction Law;
- you have good computer literacy skills (especially Word and Excel);
- you have a valid SSVA certificate, which entitles you to hold the position of construction technical maintenance manager of a special structure.
