Nature of work:
- technical maintenance of structures and engineering systems of multi-apartment residential buildings, identification of defects and preparation of technical solutions;
- assessment of the technical condition of structures, operational supervision and organization of necessary works;
- preparation of pre-design tasks and coordination of technical solutions, paying special attention to the electrical part;
- control of contractors' work and supervision of ongoing work at facilities;
- provision of technical consultations to colleagues and clients on issues of building maintenance and engineering systems;
- coordination of electrical contracting works and technical issues related to electrical systems.
We hope that:
- you have a higher university or college education in construction, engineering or another related field;
- you have at least 2 years of work experience in the technical maintenance, operation, construction of buildings or a similar field;
- you know the principles of operation of building structures and basic engineering systems;
- you have practical work experience in the field of operation of electrical installations;
- an energy worker's license (AK, VK or PK categories) is an advantage;
- you have a category B driver's license;
- you are characterized by analytical thinking, responsibility and the ability to independently solve technical issues;
- you are able to work in a team and cooperate with specialists from different fields.
